Payment information:
- Payment in full required by February 28, 2025.
- Registration must be facilitated by March 15, 2025.
- 2025 membership must be paid in full by March 1, 2025.
EXHIBITOR DETAILS
- One 6′ skirted table and two chairs or a 10′ x 10′ space.
- One conference registration including the facility tours. An additional exhibitor personnel pass may be purchased for $450. This pass includes the exhibitor lunch, showcase and reception and facility tours. It does NOT include the conference sessions or President’s Award Dinner.
- Included in one promotional email to attendees from PEARL.
- Attendee list provided two weeks prior to the conference.
PEARL members:
- Early-bird (through December 31, 2024) – $1550
- Regular (January 1 – March 31, 2025) – $1650
- Late after April 1, 2024 – $1750
Non-members:
- Early-bird (through December 31, 2024) – $1900
- Regular (January 1 – March 31, 2025) – $2050
- Late after April 1, 2025 – $2150
Payment information:
- Cancelation Policy: $150 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Payment in full required by Feb 28, 2025.
- No refunds after Feb 28, 2025.
- 2025 membership must be paid in full by February 28, 2025 in order to secure member rate.
