The Conference Planning Committee plans and oversees the organization and development of all program content, exhibit and sponsorship events, and social activities for the PEARL Electrical Safety, Reliability, and Sustainability Conference and Exhibition.

Standards
The Standards Committee develops and maintains the PEARL Electrical Equipment Reconditioning Standard (EERS) and the PEARL Electrical Equipment Inspection & Testing Standard (EEITS) and coordinates with the Marketing Committee to promote the EERS as the basis for thought leadership in the industry.

Technician Certification
To develop, maintain, and promote technician certification programs for all levels of certification by analyzing job task data, test results, and environmental scans affecting optimal performance in electrical equipment reconditioning.
