What We Do

The Professional Electrical Apparatus Reconditioning League (PEARL) is a national organization dedicated to developing, advancing and promoting safe reconditioning practices for electrical apparatus and equipment.

Founded in 1997, the PEARL is a national trade organization for companies that supply quality surplus and reconditioned/remanufactured electrical equipment and apparatus.

PEARL is an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited standards developer with two distinct electrical standards: Reconditioning (EERS) and Inspect & Test (EEITS).
